A room that normally sits empty may suddenly hold twelve people, twelve laptops, several phones, a wireless presentation system, a video conferencing appliance, and guest devices. Every active device competes for airtime while voice and video remain sensitive to delay, loss, and congestion.

It does not show whether the access point has enough capacity, whether channels are clean, or whether the upstream switch and internet connection can carry the traffic.
