NetSuite Scoreboards

What NetSuite knows, your team should see.

Xillix turns NetSuite data into clear, automatically updated scoreboards for TVs, monitors, workstations, tablets, and compatible browser-based displays, so your team can see what is happening throughout the day.

Clear information throughout the day

  1. NetSuite informationUpdated approximately every 15-20 minutes.
  2. Multiple pagesCan rotate automatically on a separate timer.
  3. Visible freshnessEach view can show the latest data-as-of time.

Operational visibility

Know where things stand without another reporting cycle.

Put the NetSuite numbers people repeatedly check where the team can see them, with layouts designed for the audience and the screen.

Know where things stand

Show the numbers the team needs throughout the day in one clear operating view.

See what needs attention

Surface backlogs, exceptions, goals, activity, and operational changes.

Keep everyone on the same page

Give teams and managers a shared view instead of separate reports and private spreadsheets.

Display it where work happens

Use TVs, monitors, workstations, tablets, meeting-room screens, or compatible browser-based signage.

The visibility problem

Don't leave your team in the dark.

The information is already in NetSuite. Xillix puts the right numbers in view, so teams can see where things stand without repeatedly opening reports, rebuilding spreadsheets, or asking someone else for an update.

Less repeated checkingReplace the same manual lookups with a visible operating view.
Shared awarenessLet the team work from the same current picture.
Clear next attentionMake queues, changes, and exceptions easier to spot.

How it works

From the question your team keeps asking to a scoreboard they can see.

Start with what people need to know, then build and validate the view for the screens they already use.

  1. Tell us what your team needs to see

Name the recurring question, audience, display, and decision the view should support.

  2. Xillix builds and validates the scoreboard

Define the NetSuite reporting requirements, design the pages, and reconcile representative values.

  3. Display it on the screens your team already uses

Configure compatible browser-based displays for the intended audience and viewing distance.

  4. The scoreboard stays automatically updated

Receive updated NetSuite information on the agreed schedule with a visible data-as-of time.

Two separate timers

Data refresh and page rotation do different jobs.

A rotating page does not mean NetSuite was queried again. Every page uses the latest available NetSuite snapshot until the next scheduled update completes.

NetSuite data refresh

Updated approximately every 15-20 minutes

Standard configurations receive refreshed NetSuite information on this schedule. Exact completion can vary slightly with NetSuite processing and reporting complexity.

Scoreboard page rotation

Often every 20-60 seconds

The browser can move between scoreboard pages on a separate configured interval without changing the age of the underlying NetSuite snapshot.

Designed for the audience

The same question may need a different view on each screen.

Screen size, viewing distance, interaction, and sensitivity determine how much information belongs on a scoreboard page.

Wall-mounted TV

Large measures, short labels, high contrast, and a small number of clear exceptions for viewing across a room.

Warehouse operations screen

Current queues, pace, aging, or exceptions organized around the shift and the next operating action.

Manager workstation

Denser comparisons and supporting context for someone who can investigate changes at close range.

Tablet or meeting-room display

A responsive, compatible browser view for mobile review, standups, or a scheduled operating meeting.

Accuracy and scope

Validate the definition before the number goes on the wall.

Xillix reviews the reporting logic and intended audience before treating a number as scoreboard-ready.

DefinitionsConfirm calculations, dates, filters, and exclusions.
Locations and permissionsConfirm which records and audiences belong in the view.
ReconciliationCompare scoreboard values with approved NetSuite results before launch.
