These terms cover the public Xillix website and its informational, contact, and demonstration features. A purchased service or product may be governed by a separate order, subscription, statement of work, or customer agreement.

1. Scope

Public information is not a project agreement.

The website describes Xillix services, representative dashboard examples, and Luxon products so visitors can evaluate whether to start a conversation.

Legal identity: Xillix is a registered fictitious name of US Top Dog Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Formal legal references use US Top Dog Holdings LLC d/b/a Xillix.

Descriptions, screenshots, prices, availability, and technical details on this site can be updated. A specific deliverable, schedule, data source, integration, support level, price, or security control is included only when it is confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

Sanitized dashboard screens are representative examples built with demo data. They are not customer case studies and do not promise that the same data, layout, or refresh timing is available in another environment.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it.

You may browse the site, use its public demonstrations, and submit genuine business inquiries. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe non-public systems without authorization, disrupt service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use automated requests in a way that harms the site or other users.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, regulated records, confidential customer data, or other sensitive material through a public contact field or public website assistant. Ask for an appropriate transfer method first.

3. Technical and AI information

Evaluate outputs before acting on them.

Reporting projects

NetSuite, RF-SMART, WMS, saved-search, and operational reporting results depend on the approved source data, customer definitions, permissions, mappings, and refresh method. The website does not guarantee that a particular connector or field is available.

AI-assisted outputs

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Source references and approved content can improve reviewability, but users remain responsible for checking important answers and applying appropriate human judgment.

Xillix is an independent technology business. References to NetSuite, Oracle, RF-SMART, hosting providers, model providers, or other third-party products do not state an endorsement, certification, or partnership unless Xillix identifies one explicitly in current written material.

5. Customer agreements

Purchased services need written scope.

Product access, project deliverables, fees, payment terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, support, data handling, termination, and liability should be read in the agreement that applies to the purchase.
