Terms for using xillix.io.

These terms govern the public website and its informational content. A Scoreboard review request does not create a customer engagement, and any project is governed by a separate written agreement and scope.

Website purpose

Public information is not a project commitment.

The website describes Xillix Scoreboards for NetSuite, representative use cases, possible implementation factors, and educational material. It does not promise that every field, report, question, display, feature, timing, or environment will be supported.

Project deliverables, access, architecture, responsibilities, timing, fees, maintenance, retention, security controls, warranties, and other commitments exist only when stated in a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not interfere with the website, contact endpoint, security controls, or other users.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or unauthorized content.
  • Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts service or bypasses reasonable controls.
  • Do not submit passwords, credentials, or sensitive production data through the public contact form.

Intellectual property

Website content and third-party names retain their respective ownership.

Unless otherwise stated, Xillix owns or licenses the website design, copy, graphics, code, and brand materials. You may view the site for legitimate informational and business-evaluation purposes but may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions without permission.

Oracle, NetSuite, RF-SMART, Microsoft, Excel, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product describes context or interoperability questions and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

Representative content

Examples are demonstrations, not customer claims.

Published scoreboard images use sanitized demonstration data and show representative layouts. They are not customer deployments, testimonials, performance claims, or guaranteed configurations. Final searches, fields, definitions, branding, refresh timing, and display setup are customer-specific.

Availability and accuracy

Website information is provided on an informational basis.

Xillix works to keep public information useful, but the website may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material and may be changed or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Standard Scoreboard wording of approximately 15-20-minute NetSuite data updates describes the intended standard configuration, not real-time operation or a service-level guarantee. Exact completion may vary slightly with NetSuite processing, reporting complexity, and the agreed implementation.

Liability

Public-site use remains subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xillix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Any liability connected to a customer project is governed by the applicable written agreement rather than these public-site terms alone.

Changes

Terms may be updated.

The updated date will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update is subject to the terms then posted.
