Operations scoreboard
A NetSuite view of agreed RF-SMART-related warehouse questions.
RF-SMART and WMS use cases
When relevant warehouse activity can be reliably represented in NetSuite, Xillix can present it in a clear operations scoreboard.
Scoreboard overview
RF-SMART workflows can create recurring questions about picking, receiving, putaway, inventory, quality, or exceptions. Xillix starts with the approved NetSuite information that can answer those questions reliably.
Xillix does not sell, replace, administer, or connect directly to RF-SMART through this offer. The scoreboard is limited to approved NetSuite results and customer-validated definitions.
What Xillix can build
The first useful output is chosen around the audience, screen, and approved NetSuite information confirmed during discovery.
A NetSuite view of agreed RF-SMART-related warehouse questions.
A focused page for approved statuses, aging bands, or review conditions.
Validation of the searches and definitions behind each displayed value.
A readable floor or manager view for the intended browser-based screen.
Decision support
A scoreboard can point to a queue, pattern, or exception. The operating team still owns the investigation and action.
Review approved work stages and exceptions returned through NetSuite.
Show agreed inbound queues and aging when reliable search results exist.
Surface approved review queues without claiming to diagnose or resolve the underlying issue.
Representative examples
These screens use sanitized demonstration data. They illustrate layouts and business questions, not customer results or guaranteed configurations.

Representative scoreboard examples using sanitized demonstration data. Final fields, definitions, branding, refresh timing, and screen configurations are built for each customer's NetSuite account.
Approved inputs
Xillix confirms ownership, fields, calculations, filters, permissions, business rules, and timing before treating a result as scoreboard-ready.
Customer-approved NetSuite reports and definitions
Local RF-SMART workflow, status, timestamp, and location definitions
Permission and audience boundaries for warehouse data
Representative records for reconciliation against NetSuite
Two separate timers
Changing the page does not query NetSuite again. Each page uses the latest available NetSuite snapshot until the next scheduled data update completes.
Standard configurations are designed to receive updated NetSuite results approximately every 15-20 minutes. Exact completion may vary slightly with NetSuite processing and reporting complexity.
Scoreboard pages may rotate every 20-60 seconds, or at another configured interval, while showing the latest available NetSuite snapshot and its data-as-of time.
Project path
A focused pilot makes reporting definitions and display requirements visible before the project expands.
Document the current report path and who acts on the answer.
Verify that approved reporting returns the required information reliably.
Design the pages around the floor or manager audience.
Reconcile the displayed values with NetSuite and the customer's workflow owners.
No. Xillix is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RF-SMART, Oracle, or NetSuite.
No direct RF-SMART integration is promised. The scoreboard uses relevant information that can be reliably returned through customer-approved NetSuite reporting.
Standard scoreboard configurations are designed to receive updated NetSuite results approximately every 15-20 minutes. Exact completion may vary slightly because of NetSuite processing, reporting complexity, and the agreed implementation.
