RF-SMART and WMS use cases

Make RF-SMART-related warehouse questions visible through NetSuite.

When relevant warehouse activity can be reliably represented in NetSuite, Xillix can present it in a clear operations scoreboard.

A useful fit when

  • RF-SMART-related activity is already visible in reliable NetSuite searches
  • Managers combine several NetSuite searches to review warehouse flow
  • A floor screen needs a concise approved queue or exception view

Scoreboard overview

A NetSuite scoreboard, not a separate RF-SMART platform

RF-SMART workflows can create recurring questions about picking, receiving, putaway, inventory, quality, or exceptions. Xillix starts with the approved NetSuite information that can answer those questions reliably.

Xillix does not sell, replace, administer, or connect directly to RF-SMART through this offer. The scoreboard is limited to approved NetSuite results and customer-validated definitions.

Consider this service when

  • RF-SMART-related activity is already visible in reliable NetSuite searches
  • Managers combine several NetSuite searches to review warehouse flow
  • A floor screen needs a concise approved queue or exception view
  • The customer can validate the local workflow and status definitions

What Xillix can build

A focused NetSuite scoreboard for the question your team keeps checking.

The first useful output is chosen around the audience, screen, and approved NetSuite information confirmed during discovery.

Operations scoreboard

A NetSuite view of agreed RF-SMART-related warehouse questions.

Queue or exception page

A focused page for approved statuses, aging bands, or review conditions.

Search and formula review

Validation of the searches and definitions behind each displayed value.

Display-specific layout

A readable floor or manager view for the intended browser-based screen.

Decision support

Design the view around the question it needs to answer.

A scoreboard can point to a queue, pattern, or exception. The operating team still owns the investigation and action.

Pick and fulfillment flow

Review approved work stages and exceptions returned through NetSuite.

Receiving and putaway

Show agreed inbound queues and aging when reliable search results exist.

Inventory and quality

Surface approved review queues without claiming to diagnose or resolve the underlying issue.

Approved inputs

Start with the NetSuite information and definitions your team trusts.

Xillix confirms ownership, fields, calculations, filters, permissions, business rules, and timing before treating a result as scoreboard-ready.

Customer-approved NetSuite reports and definitions

Local RF-SMART workflow, status, timestamp, and location definitions

Permission and audience boundaries for warehouse data

Representative records for reconciliation against NetSuite

Two separate timers

NetSuite data refresh and scoreboard page rotation are independent.

Changing the page does not query NetSuite again. Each page uses the latest available NetSuite snapshot until the next scheduled data update completes.

Data refresh

Standard configurations are designed to receive updated NetSuite results approximately every 15-20 minutes. Exact completion may vary slightly with NetSuite processing and reporting complexity.

Page rotation

Scoreboard pages may rotate every 20-60 seconds, or at another configured interval, while showing the latest available NetSuite snapshot and its data-as-of time.

Project path

Begin with one useful NetSuite question.

A focused pilot makes reporting definitions and display requirements visible before the project expands.

  1. Name the unanswered question

Document the current report path and who acts on the answer.

  2. Confirm NetSuite coverage

Verify that approved reporting returns the required information reliably.

  3. Build the scoreboard

Design the pages around the floor or manager audience.

  4. Validate local definitions

Reconcile the displayed values with NetSuite and the customer's workflow owners.
